By accessing or using Repast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Repast is a nutrition tracking tool, not a medical service. The nutritional information provided — including data from USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts, and AI-generated estimates — is for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on this app for medical, dietary, or health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.
Repast uses artificial intelligence for features such as nutrition estimation from photos, recipe extraction, and the AI chatbot. These features provide estimates that may be inaccurate. AI-generated nutritional values should be reviewed and verified before relying on them for dietary decisions.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Repast, including food logs, recipes, and profile information. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data solely to provide the service to you.
You may not use Repast to:
We strive to keep Repast available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repast and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Repast after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app.
